“Hello Neighbors!”

I’m Gabriela Kroetch — a proud Savage resident, wife, mother, and immigrant running for Scott County Commissioner, District 5.

🏡 Why Savage Is My Home

As an immigrant who deeply values the opportunities this country has given my family, I care passionately about keeping Savage a welcoming, safe, and thriving community for all families — regardless of where they come from. My husband, Josh, and I have built our lives here over the past 16 years, raising our two daughters through the local school system.

❤️ Community Involvement

For years, I coached our daughters’ soccer, volleyball, and golf teams, from elementary school all the way through high school, while also developing sales and marketing strategies for my husband’s business. I served on the PLSAS Curriculum Committee from 2022 to 2024, and I currently serve as a Board Director at Minnesota Excellence in Public Service, a role I’ve held since January 2023.

📋 What I Bring to the County Board

These experiences have given me a close, firsthand understanding of what Savage families need: strong schools, safe neighborhoods, support for local businesses, and responsible local government. I’m passionate about protecting our families, keeping our community safe, managing responsible growth, and ensuring Scott County delivers quality core services while keeping property taxes as low as possible.

🎯 Why I’m Running

I’m running for Commissioner because I believe Scott County needs practical, accountable leadership that puts the needs of Savage families first and works collaboratively to solve real problems — not partisan politics.

Why I Serve

“I believe good leadership starts with listening. Every family in Savage deserves a Commissioner who hears their concerns first, and leads with honesty second.”
